Like many young girls growing up in Québec, eM (only Mom calls them Emilie Pellerin!) dreamed of becoming a figure skater, but she ended up becoming a professional rock climber instead.
Those close to her swear they're actually the reincarnation of a circus monkey. eM's ability to comfortably hang upside down at a crux makes her belayers exhausted and pumped just watching her. Her tenacity is always inspiring, especially when they sends, which happens often.
Happy-go-lucky, eM’s outlook on life is nothing short of endearingly earnest.
eM is cool, calm and confident even in the most stressful situations; whether it be a thunderstorm or a stuck rope, they find a solution.
